Saturday, March 29 NH Maple Experience

Date:
Saturday, March 29, 2025
Time:
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location:
Forest Society North at The Rocks
113 Glessner Road
Bethlehem, NH 03574
A horse-drawn wagon goes by a sugar bucket.
Visitors will learn how to identify and tap a sugar maple tree, enjoy a horse-drawn wagon ride through the historic estate, and take a tractor ride to talk with a sugar maker as they plies their trade in the sweet-scented steam of a working sugar house. Next door to the sugarhouse, the interactive New Hampshire Maple Museum displays maple sugaring tools, from historic to modern.

Of course, no Maple Experience would be complete without sampling the finished product. We pair our own maple syrup with fresh cider donuts and a sour pickle – to offset the sweetness of the syrup – for a unique tasting experience.

Each tour includes up to 14 people and lasts two hours on average. Tours begin on the hour at 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, and 2 PM. Registration is strongly recommended; walk-ins will be accomodated only if there is room.

Registration: $20 per person. Children 5 and under are free.
