On the weekends ranging from prior to Thanksgiving to near Christmas, we are looking for volunteers to support the retail sales and improving the visitor experience at The Rocks.

Volunteers should be able to weather the elements on colds days, remain full of holiday cheer, and able to support the customer service process. Sales doors open at 10am and close at 4pm. Volunteers will need to plan to arrive around 9am to be trained for their supporting role for the day and remain for the duration of the day.

The questions in this sign up form will help us match you with your supporting role for the date(s) you choose to join us.

Possible volunteer roles include: Parking Attendant, Tree Baler Assistant, Fire Pit Tender, Receipt Checker, Guest Support (kid craft, hot chocolate, retail area)

A warming area with treats will be provided for volunteers inside the renovated Carriage Barn, as most roles are outdoors and the weather conditions will vary.

*An additional bonus to this date is a craft fair with artisans from the local Women's Rural Entrepeneurial Network (WREN) that is to be hosted inside of the Carriage Barn - a great chance for some holiday shopping!
