At Session I on June 7, you can learn how to identify common NH breeding birds by sight and sound, and how to attract birds to your property and improve habitat for them.
We'll start with an introduction to common breeding birds, followed by a fun 90-minute birding walk around the beautiful grounds at The Rocks, led by local birding expert Jack Swatt.
There will be time for a fun quiz, prizes, and plenty of snacks, just like summer day camp!
BYO sack lunch, and after lunch it will be time to construct our own bird houses to take home and install on your own property (arts and crafts, of course!).
We'll wrap up the day with social time and complimentary beverages and snacks in our beautiful newly renovated Carriage Barn Program Center.
