📅 Sun, August 18th 4-5:30pm, Theme: Harvest
📍Meet in The Rocks parking lot a few minutes before the start time.

What to expect:

The format of this 1 hour 15 min gathering:
1. Opening circle
2. Invitation to a 20-minute Experience in Nature (easeful and gentle)
3. Sharing and reflection circle
4. Closing

Dress weather appropriate
Bring lawn chair (if needed), mug, water bottle, bug spray, etc. + a journal (optional)
Take care of yourself so you can be comfortable
